The Pachokar Residential Scheme is an ambitious residential development initiative by the Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority (FSDA), planned over a vast area of 71 acres along NH-19 in Firozabad. With an estimated project cost of ₹456 crore, the scheme is envisioned to provide modern, well-planned housing facilities for approximately 12,000 people. The development will feature sustainable infrastructure, including uninterrupted power supply, clean water supply, rainwater harvesting, and zero-discharge facilities.
Under Phase-I, a layout has been planned over 14.06 hectares, comprising 238 residential plots, 71 EWS/LIG plots, 7 group housing plots, 10 mixed-use plots, 17 commercial plots, and 5 plots for public facilities. Approximately 5 acres of land will be developed as green space and park areas, while roads of 9 m, 12 m, 18 m, and 45 m widths will ensure smooth connectivity and traffic movement. A Detailed Project Report (DPR) with an estimated cost of ₹93 crore has also been prepared.
The scheme aims to create a future-ready, sustainable, and well-connected residential neighbourhood with modern urban infrastructure and quality housing facilities.
